Rules and Regulations
The event is an individual event.The artist can use their own hands as canvas or can bring a hand model to showcase their designs.The competition requires the individual participant to sketch the mehandi design on the model’s hand without using any reference pictures during the time of competition.The time given will be only 1 and half hour and the mehandi henna cones will be provided.The competition may be judged on the technical skills of the mehndi artist, such as the quality of lines, shading, symmetry, and design. It is mandatory that the artist maintains a clean and hygienic work environment, and follows proper sanitation and hygiene practices.Participants are asked to behave with utmost decorum as vulgarity or obscenity of any kind will lead to disqualification from the competition.The judge’s decision will be final and absolute.The registration will be a First Come First Serve process.Certification of merit and participation will be awarded.THEME : Participants can choose any one of the theme given below.Nature's Beauty: Inspiring artists to draw inspiration from nature, incorporating motifs like flowers, leaves, birds, and animals into their designs.Storytelling through Mehendi: Develop Mehendi designs that tell a story or convey a message. This could include themes like love, friendship, nature, or cultural heritage.Festivals and celebrations: Create Mehendi designs inspired by festivals and celebrations from around the world.
