Rules and Regulations
Each team will be sorted into 1 of the 4 houses( Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff ) The house which gives the most points is the best house and the team that gets the points is the biggest harry potter fan team. ROUND 1: FIENDFYRE (Rapid fire round)Each team will be asked ten questions in succession.Teams have 5 seconds to respond to each question.If a team is unable to answer a question within the given time, it will be passed on to the next question.There are no deductions for incorrect answers.Correct answers are worth 10 points.No team discussions are allowed in this round.Once a question is passed, the team cannot respond later.ROUND 2: RENNEVERATE (Buzzer round)Ten questions will be presented to each team consecutively.Teams can confer among themselves before pressing the buzzer to answer the question first.After pressing the buzzer, no further debate is permitted.The team that presses the buzzer first has the opportunity to respond.Correct answers earn 10 points, while incorrect answers result in a deduction of 5 points.If a team does not respond or responds incorrectly after buzzing, they lose 5 points.If a team presses the buzzer before the question is finished, they must answer it within 20 seconds.If two teams press the buzzer simultaneously, a card will be drawn to determine who gets to answer first.If the first team to press the buzzer does not answer, the next team gets the opportunity.No options are provided in this round.ROUND 3: UNSCRAMBLE THE SPELLA scrambled version of the spells from the series will be given.The team must unscramble the spell in 2 minutes.If not able to unscramble the spell in 2 minutes, the question will be passed to the next team.ROUND 4 (IN CASE OF TIE): SONOROUS (audio-based round)Teams will listen to incomplete audio clips of famous quotes from the series.The team must complete the phrase and guess who said it.Questions will not be passed to the next team.There are no negative points for wrong answers.Event Incharge
