Description
Block and Tackle is a turncoat debate on a faster track. Whenever the participant hears the instruction “Block” he / she must go against the given topic and as the participant hears “Tackle” he / she has to go back to favour the same topic. The speaker can be blocked and tackled any number of times. The topic can be for a thing or a statement for which the participant must block and tackle.
Rules and Regulations
This is an individual event. A participant is given 3 minutes to block and tackle for the given topic and entertain the audience. The topic for each participant will be given on spot during the time of their performance and a preparation time of 2 minutes will be provided.There will be a total of 2 rounds. Performers are not allowed to make any discriminatory or hate speech during their performance. Participants are asked to behave with utmost decorum as Vulgarity of any kind will lead to disqualification of the team.The judge’s decision is final and absolute. The registration is based on First Come First Serve. Certification and merit of appreciation will be awarded.Event Incharge
