Take up your camera and get ready to go on an adventure through our cultural fest. Go around the campus and through all events for free and capture the moments you feel are needed to be framed. At the end of the day submit your captures to us and get the cashback on your tickets. This is the writing opportunity to showcase your talent along with the chance to experience the Cultural Fest to the fullest.
Rules and Regulations
The photography adventure is open to all students with a passion for photography, regardless of age or experience level. The event is open to individuals only. No team participation is allowed.Participants are encouraged to explore all events and activities taking place during the cultural fest.Photography is permitted at all designated areas within the campus. All photograph submissions must be submitted by the specified deadline at the designated submission point. Late entries will not be considered. Participants are not allowed to interrupt or disturb ongoing events for the sake of photography. Respect the privacy and enjoyment of others. Photographs should be taken in a respectful manner and adhere to the cultural fest's guidelines and rules. Submissions should capture moments that reflect the essence and spirit of the cultural fest. Creative interpretations of the theme are welcome.Submissions must be in digital format. Images should be high resolution and submit ed in JPEG or PNG format.Participants retain the copyright to their photographs but grant the cultural fest organizers the right to use the images for promotional purposes, with due credit. Basic editing for enhancing the quality of the photographs is allowed. However, excessive alterations that distort the original content are discouraged. Each participant can submit a maximum of 10 photographs.Photographs will be judged based on creativity, composition, relevance to the theme, and overall impact. Participants are eligible for a cashback on their cultural fest tickets upon submission of their photographs. The cashback amount will be determined based on the quality and relevance of the submissions. Participants engaging in unethical practices or violating the rules will be disqualified. This includes disruptive behavior, submitting inappropriate content, or violating copyright laws.The decision of the event organizers and the judging panel is final.
